Certified CRM Specialist with 4+ years of experience helping clients to create products for the requirements along with Administration and Development. Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. I can accommodate weekend work or after-hours sessions with prior notice and depending on project urgency.

Payment Terms
I accept payments through the platform’s secure payment system (or PayPal, bank transfer, etc. if applicable). For hourly work, I will log my hours and invoice at the end of each week. For fixed-price projects, payments will be due either in milestones or upon project completion, based on the agreement.

Payment due within 7 days of invoice.
For projects over $500, a 25% deposit is required upfront to begin work.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after the due date.
Preferred Communication Style
I prefer to communicate via the platform’s messaging system for most matters, but I’m also open to video calls via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet for more detailed discussions.

Response Time: I typically respond within 24 hours during business hours. If your matter is urgent, please indicate that in the subject line.
Meetings: I am available for scheduled meetings Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST. Please feel free to schedule a time that works best.
