I am a Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect with a focus on strategic planning and a strong business-oriented approach. With over 9 years of experience in project management and solution architecture design and development, I have specialized in the financial sector.

My expertise includes change management, technical support for both internal and external customers, customizations, and in-house project development. I have successfully completed various banking projects, including migrations, while demonstrating excellent vendor/client management skills, team management capabilities, gap analysis proficiency, and effective project management.

My primary objective is to optimize manufacturing costs without compromising product quality. This involves evaluating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production builds to maximize efficiency, ensuring correct job execution by production employees, fostering business development, and facilitating knowledge transfer.

In my role, I create detailed procedures, document and implement them, and conduct thorough testing at different stages as part of quality control. I actively engage in improvement initiatives aligned with industry standards, frameworks, and LEAN methodologies.
