Work Terms

1. Availability & Communication
• Available Monday – Friday, 2 PM – 11 AM Pakistan Time (PST) (9 AM – 6 AM UTC).
• Covers multiple time zones, including the US, UK, and Australia.
• Response time: Within 24 hours to ensure flexibility.
• Preferred communication: Guru messages.
2. Payment Terms
• Payments will be processed securely via Guru SafePay.
• Preferred payment structure: Milestone-based payments to ensure smooth progress.
• Work begins after an initial deposit/payment as per Guru’s policies.
3. Project Scope & Deliverables
• All tasks, deliverables, and deadlines will be clearly defined before the project starts.
• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a separate discussion and approval.
4. Revisions & Edits
• Up to 2 free revisions per project to ensure quality.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on the scope of changes.
5. Confidentiality & Ownership
• All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
• Ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
• If the project is canceled midway, payment will be made for completed work.
• Refunds will be handled per Guru’s dispute resolution policies if needed.
7. Long-Term Collaboration
• Open to long-term projects and recurring partnerships to ensure brand growth and consistency.
