Work Terms

1. Scope of Work:
I provide a wide range of graphic design services including Brand Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, Industrial Design, Logo Design, Packaging Design, Presentation Design, Print Design, Video Editing, and Ad Design. The exact scope of each project will be determined in a written agreement, outlining deliverables and timelines.

2. Timeline and Deadlines:
A mutually agreed timeline will be set at the start of the project. All timelines depend on the promptness of client responses and submission of any required materials. Delays in client feedback may result in an extended timeline. Any changes to the project scope or additional requests could also impact delivery dates.

3. Revisions and Feedback:
Each project includes 5 revisions Revisions must be requested within 1 days after receiving the initial designs. Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees.

4. Payment Structure:
A 30% deposit is required before work commences. The balance is due upon completion or according to agreed project milestones. Payments are accepted via Payoner, Paypal. Late payments may result in additional charges. All deposits are non-refundable.

5. Ownership Rights and Usage:
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final design, including all usage rights for commercial purposes. However, I retain the right to use completed designs in my portfolio, for self-promotion, or in design competitions unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality:
I value client privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent.

7. Cancellation Policy:
Either party can terminate the agreement at any stage. If the client terminates the contract, all work completed up to that point must be paid for, and any deposits made are non-refundable. Cancellations on my part will result in a
