Work Terms

We follow a transparent development approach that keeps our clients updated on the progress on a regular basis to ensure that the progress is in line with the expectations of the clients. We assign experienced resources with superior speaking/writing skills who communicate with our clients on a regular basis via Emails, the Guru message board, Skype, Telephone, etc.

Depending on the nature and type of project we offer work on Fixed Cost, and Time and material basis.

For Fixed Cost projects we define the deliverables for each milestone at the time of finalizing the project.

For projects that require work to be done on a Time and Material basis, we work using Guru tracker which provides an excellent way to track hours being utilized for development in real time. Once the team starts working, real-time screenshots are captured at random intervals and are sent to the clients which help them get a good idea of progress being made. Timesheets are accordingly generated for the recorded hours and are sent to the clients on a weekly basis which they can review and approve, and accordingly process the payment.

Escrow or non-escrow projects. Non-escrow project terms are 25-50% up front with the remainder due upon completion.
