I have an experience to preparation & Monitoring of Financial Statement and relevant documents i.e. Books of accounts and related disclosures. I am also able to lead and look after whole financial data & non-financial matters of the organization and monitor the entry & mid-level staff as at present I am doing the same job. I am expert to do.....
• Provide a full financial and management accounting service to the Company.
Monitor all financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and
general ledger structure by using accounting books and by using Troyee software.
• Ensure an accurate and timely preparation of Financial Statement i.e. monthly,
quarterly and year end close.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
• Collaborate with the other departments to ensure collection from proceeds,
collection of outstanding, expenditure control.
• Ensure that an appropriate financial policy framework is in place to guide financial
decision-making and development particularly in relation to reserves, expense and
granting ratios and income streams.
• Prepare annual budget and forecasts aligned to strategic plans and in accordance
with guidelines provided by the company.
• Produce rolling cash flow forecasts, monitor cash position daily and ensure
creditors’ terms are met.
• Evaluate the tax liability impact of contemplated courses of action, minimize the tax
burden and deal with tax authorities and also be responsible for total Vat & Tax
management.
• Handle all tasks with Bank along with loan proposal and funding.
• Undertake such other financial analysis and reporting as design by the
management.
Work Terms
I like to work with a contract. Fixed term contract help both parties to complete the work within time along with a good quality. Basically payment transfer through Bank is the best options to get payment.
