AttacheCrate transcribes audio and video to English text, and revises AI-generated transcripts.

AttacheCrate affords the following in performance of transcription tasks.
• MP3, MP4, and WAV file formats accepted for transcription.
• Audio-to-text & Video-to-text transcription
• Custom transcript format if desired
• Non-verbatim transcript (the exclusion of filler words such as "uh", "um", "like", etc...)

AttacheCrate affords the following when revising transcripts derived from AI speech-to-text technology.
• Correction of punctuation, grammar, and format
• Addition of speaker identification
• Clarification of formatting (paragraph breaks where appropriate)
• Return of file as .doc, .docx, PDF, or revised SRT file.

If you already have specific formatting requirements for your project, AttacheCrate will oblige your specifications outright. If you have no particular style preferences for your transcript or transcript revision, the following is the default style and formatting applied:

• Transcription Style: In the absence of prior transcription style requirements, AttacheCrate will produce a non-verbatim transcript. This entails the accurate capture of speech with the exclusion of filler words such as "uh", "um", "uh-huh", "mm-hmm", and "like" (when clearly used as a stand-in utterance for meaningful speech).

• Speaker Identification: If speaker names can be deduced from the file, those names will be used as identification. Otherwise, change of speakers will be denoted with a paragraph break.

• Paragraph Size: Speech attributed to one speaker will be broken into smaller paragraphs for ease of reading.

• Stutters & False Starts: When there is a verbal stutter or false start from a speaker, it will be notated with a double dash.

• Numbers: Numbers 0 through 9 will be spelled out. All numbers 10 and above will be represented in digits.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
1) AttacheCrate does NOT transcribe or revise transcribed content belonging to, or representative of, law enforcement (e.g., police body-cam footage or recorded phone conversations) or legal proceedings (e.g., court hearings).
2) All files submitted for transcription or revision will be deleted upon completion of your project.

Before submitting your file to be revised, please note the following criteria:
• File must contain clear audio.
• File must not contain any adult, or otherwise inappropriate, content.

1) All payments are completed via Guru.com.
2) Days of operation are Sunday to Thursday
3) All negotiation, hiring, and payment is carried out via Guru.com only.
