More than 10 years of experience working in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry has greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I have worked with US, UK, New Zealand, and Australian BPO companies. Being with the industry in that span of time has been a great journey for me. There are ups and downs, challenges, as well as achievements, and most importantly are lessons learned that only made me get better and better each time. Continued improvement is the key as I always allow myself to learn new things and be open to new opportunities that come my way.
As a customer service professional, I always need to give my best, however, there are times when customers' expectations of the products or services are not met so creating a positive experience for them is always an utmost consideration by providing prompt resolution to their issues and concerns and sometimes setting proper expectations in resolving them. Sometimes it's not what we say but rather how we say things or how we deliver critical information to the customer that would have an impact on the customer experience with products or services of the company they are dealing with.
