I can't recommend Aubrey highly enough. I should start by noting that I carefully reviewed many different proposals to have someone oversee our social media efforts, and Aubrey without question developed and presented the most comprehensive plan. Aubrey receives excellent scores across the board for one crucial, if not essential, reason--personal touch. A social media presence must reflect the voice, personality, mission, and message of the organization. Aubrey excels at achieving this. Every image and word constructed sounds and feels like my organization, down to minute details. To say my expectations were exceeding in this regarding would be, quite frankly, an understatement. Furthermore, not only does Aubrey knows how to create material and respond appropriately and professionally to external social media interactions, but she knows when to escalate a question to ensure the request or inquiry is handled appropriately. I have been incredibly impressed by Aubrey's work and would highly recommend her to anyone. She has a true talent for her work and it is demonstrated in our results--our social media presence has without question increased since she began working with us (counts up on all platforms, but more importantly, an increase in meaningful interaction).
