Hello! I am Aura, from the Philippines.
From a young age, I've always had interest in working in front of the computer and can sit and work in front of it for hours.
When I am doing a task, I also have the personality of not stopping until I complete it. I am also tech-savvy and learning new apps always interests me. I am proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
For the past 3 years, I've also worked as an in-office Secretary of a private professional practitioner from which I learned to resolve office-related issues according to predetermined procedures, maximize office efficiency through use of computer programs, update the database with information quickly and efficiently, compile & handle safekeeping of original copies of files, and be in charged of handles the purchase of office supplies and equipments.
I also have experience as an admin assistant volunteer for a non-profit organization where I learned how to coordinate booking and communication of travel arrangements, draft and review real estate legal documents, schedule and confirm weekly appointments using Outlook Calendar, compile agenda and take minutes of meeting, conduct market research for valuation of real estate properties, and compile and organize reports every end of the month.
Work Terms
I am open to working part-time or full-time, prefer flexible hours, but am also open to working in fixed hours.
It is non-negotiable that I prefer permanent off during weekends, as it is important to maintain balance in life.
I also prefer written communication, be it through chats/emails as it enables me to express my opinion freely.
As regards the payment terms, I prefer pay-per-hour with bi-monthly release.
