About

Principal engineer in AI / ML / GPT projects

Principal engineer with 13+ years of experience who breath technology and is passionated about AI / ML landscape.

I’ve been building mobile applications on iphone & android, building an analytics platform based on ElasticSearch for later on optimizing search engine using ES and developing first learn to rank algorithms.

The problem space in ML/AI is quite challenging and interesting so I develop skills on ML and AI infrastructure pipelines to help scientists and modelers to develop and optimize models faster while working at Lyft or Twitter.

Work Terms

I like to have a structured work terms articulated around 10 points so there are no surprises on both sides:

1 - Project Scope: A detailed description of the work to be done, including goals, objectives, deliverables, and any specific requirements or expectations.
2 - Milestones: Key dates or stages of the project that help track progress and allow for easier management.
3 - Deadlines: The expected completion date for the overall project or individual milestones.
4 - Payment Terms: These terms are based on milestones with hourly rates, or fixed prices.
5 - Confidentiality Agreement: If a project involves sensitive information, we would need a confidentiality agreement.
6 - Intellectual Property Rights: This may include copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other forms of intellectual property.
7 - Revisions: The number of revisions or edits allowed for a project, as well as any associated costs or timeframes.
8 - Communication: async communications for questions and demo meeting for milestones.
9 - Termination Clause: A provision outlining the conditions under which either party may terminate the contract, including any associated penalties or fees.
10 - Dispute Resolution: A process for resolving any disputes that may arise during the course of the project, such as mediation or arbitration.
