Hi! I am a professional writer with my writing career beginning in 1987. I have written freelance for most of my work for both individuals & small to medium sized companies and non-profits. Since 2008, I have written curriculum and e-books for individuals and online educators. I hold several degrees including a bachelor of communication, and a doctorate in sacred literature.

I have been on Guru.com since 2008, several of those years were as a "Guru". I pay the extra fees for that designation when the site yields enough work to warrant it. I am totally a business person and believe in a return on my investment (including operational fees/memberships). I generally get excellent reviews because your satisfaction is my number one concern. I prefer regular or long term contracts, and generally produce 2 to 6 such contracts per month.

All of my work is guaranteed, and I am patient as well as diligent. I have worked professionally as a financial planner, a paralegal, an as an editor. All of these careers require diligence and great attention to detail. Your work will be obsessed over during my process, and you will have a finished product you will be glad to have your name on.

Work Terms

Evening/nights - Prefer work that can be handled in non-traditional hours/schedule. I will agree to traditional hours and/or your location if specified prior to assignment.

Communication - I do not Skype, but will meet with you via online meeting services that are computer safe. I use FreeConferenceCallHD.com, and will give you a toll-free number and access code for the call. This service allows us to record our meeting, so you can review it if you want/need to.

I prefer the initial communication to be phone or face-to-face. After that, I expect to receive the assignment in writing and I expect to be able to email or call a contact person for clarification or details. Most communication with you will be in the mid-morning hours per CST-US due to my late night management of your project.

Availability - Varies from day to day and assignment to assignment. Generally, I schedule work all days except Sunday.

Payment - Prefer to be paid through the escrow system here. Expect to receive payment within 3 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed prior to assignment.

Code of ethics - I consider your company, client, and personal information to be strictly confidential. I will sign a non-disclosure agreement with any client company.
