I started working as Reservation Specialist for Hilton Hotels for a year that requires up selling then started my career as a technical support representative for AT&T, Comcast and for Samsung US and New Zealand, so I have a back ground for sales, troubleshooting cables, internet, phones, brown goods and white goods I’ve been a technical support representative for 3 years already and 1 year as a customer service representative, with the right tools given and still willing to learn new things I’m pretty much comfortable in sales and troubleshooting devices
