My name is Ava Divine, and I am writing to introduce myself and offer my services as a virtual assistant to support your business needs.

With a background in administrative support and project management, I bring a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience to the table. I hold a High School Diploma in General Studies from DLTL High School and possess a New Jersey Notary Certificate. Additionally, I am proficient in a wide range of software applications, including MS Office, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF. My excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with my analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, enable me to effectively manage tasks and projects with precision and professionalism.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I am also the proud operator of an online digital ecommerce business, WHYNOTBETONYOURSELF, where I create and design digital resources such as eBooks, planners, and courses using Canva. This experience has honed my creativity and attention to detail, which I bring to every project I undertake.

In my current role as an Occupancy Specialist Project Manager at CRM, I am responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting interviews, generating invoices, and maintaining communication with residents and stakeholders. Prior to this, I served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at The Element Hotel and held administrative roles at Albert Bo Robinson Assessment & Treatment Center and Aramark.

One of my greatest passions outside of work is cooking. I find joy and inspiration in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and flavors to create delicious meals for myself and others.
