My name is Mohammed Zaki. I am a resident of Bangalore, India, and have been so my whole life. My family comprises of my father, mother, and two brothers. I have been married 12 years. I live with my wife and two sons aged 12 years and 3 years.

I have completed my pre-university course from RBANMS Pre-University College, Bangalore. After completing my course, I immediately joined a 4-month medical transcription course. I successfully completed the medical transcription training course and got placed in a medical transcription company called HealthScribe, which was a US-based company with office in Bangalore. This was my first foray into the corporate world and was totally amazed at the culture I experienced in HealthScribe.

I am honest and hard-working by nature, and I put myself fully into making a career for myself in medical transcription. I worked hard during my tenure in HealthScribe. With a bit of luck and a whole lot of hard work, I worked my way through different positions in the company. I eventually worked myself to a position of team leader, which involved managing a team of 30 people.

I have 16 years of experience in medical transcription industry. I am currently working as a manager in a small startup medical transcription company called MediGraphos Solutions. I wanted to explore newer opportunities of transcription, which led me to general transcription. I applied to SpeechPad, CastingWords , and GoTranscript transcription companies and have been working as a freelancer.

I like to read books as a hobby. I prefer to read about historical figures to gain inspiration from their struggles and their journey. A historical figure whose story made for a fascinating read was Alexander the Great. I like to watch cricket in my free time, which is similar to baseball.
