Avishek loves challenges which requires implementing an effective method required to work with both structured and unstructured data. He is passionate about what he does and does not mind sharing his knowledge with the larger team/s. His friendly nature makes it easy for people to approach him with their time consuming and complex reports, troubleshooting them seems to be his favorite pastime. He loves to play around with anything that is built on MS Excel and almost always comes up with innovative solutions generating tangible results. He is also an avid photographer an has won a few awards for his clicks.
Avishek in his last role was a Business Manager and has handled a team of 16 Junior and Senior database analysts successfully. His experiences with big MNC's like HP, IBM, Ogilvy and MRM has significantly added to his professional and personal growth.
