Provide technical support and small automation projects for mainstream end devices. Able to explain issues in easy to understand language.

I started working at an enterprise level, supporting customers with end devices on a windows and mac environment. I fix windows and ms office issues. I am familiar with networking and home devices. I do research and look deeply into issues I don't immediately understand and enjoy finding the root cause of problems.

Work Terms

Mon to Fri 9 - 5. I will accept payment per project. It usually comes out around $20.00 per hour of the time I spend working on the issue.
