In the past 5 years, I have worked on accounts requiring representatives who can provide outstanding customer service experience. I started with the chat support for a gaming console, a desktop Technical Support Assistant over the phone, a telecommunication chat Sales Representative and US home appliance Customer Service Representative, and have been successful in providing assistance with account registration, placing and tracking orders, and accepting payments for subscriptions, as well as performing troubleshooting steps to resolve technical concerns.
As I do my task, I make sure to put effort and see myself in the customer's shoes. This always gives me the mindset to give assistance like how I wanted to be assisted.
Work Terms
I can work 30-40 hours in a week. Payment terms can be discussed. My preferred type of communication is through chat and email.
