To be paid in two coins; Cash and Experience.

I started as a Sales VA for Fat Loss Factor where we generate upsell for existing customers. I was then promoted in a month, asked extra hours to do admin job after. The client noticed my skills and promoted me to become his assistant manager which lasted for almost 2years.

I was well trained; he is a business adviser and a speaker in Pensacola FL. I've learned the hard way from US business cultures & ethics. The first lesson is to make your boss' life easier for him by reminding him meeting schedules and task needs to be done. He trained me the importance of updating current task so that he would know if he can bug me on what needs to be done first if there’s something that came up. The importance of communication and transparency to achieve objectives may it be something you don't fully understand or certain goals he wishes to achieve, the key is to ask and communicate consistently.

I constantly reminded him about our daily tasks.
Handled each project he may have with his partners in the US.
I handled 3 accounts at the same time; Fat Loss Factor, Safe Smart Security System & Magic CA. There were 5-10 agents each account. I was basically the local manager here in the Philippines.
It was a challenging one man team. I experienced working 20hrs a day for 2weeks before I hired assistants for each accounts.

One man team task:
- Compose Classified Ads to filter experienced sales superstar.
- Guiding them to hiring process
- Conduct Initial Interview / Profiling
- Conduct Orientation and Product training
- All paper works made by me (Contract/Exams/Video for training/Softwares,ETC)
- Manage Sales Agents
- Manage Tools used by agents
- Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
- Take transcription and handle correspondence
- Handle billing and accounting
- Prepare and send out e-mail templates
- Prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials
- Handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail (Manager Call)

Work Terms

Open door policy: communication - Gmail, Skype, etc.
Flexible hours. Payment every week thru Paypal.
