Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Your Time Zone).
Flexibility for weekend or after-hours work can be arranged for project-specific needs or urgent requests.

Communication Preferences:

I prefer initial communications to be via email for clarity and record-keeping.
For ongoing project discussions, I am available on call or platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype, as per the client's preference.

Confidentiality and Data Security:

I adhere to strict confidentiality and data security standards. All client information and project materials are treated with utmost discretion.
Upon project completion, all relevant data will be handed over to the client and deleted from my systems, unless otherwise agreed upon for ongoing maintenance or support.

Cancellation Policy:

If a project is canceled by the client, any work completed up to that point shall be billed proportionally. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
If a project is put on hold for more than 30 days without clear communication or a plan to resume, the project will be considered canceled, and a final invoice will be issued for work completed.
