"Put the right person in the right place"

I am working as HR Recruiter, I almost have 1,408 working hours experience in this field but I learned many things during this period.
I am working in a recruiting agency and let me say that it is such a perfect beginning in such a place as I am recruiting people with different titles from numerous industries who gained their experiences from working inside and outside Egypt in addition to dealing with different companies whatever they are local or international companies with different industries make me acquire knowledge in many fields plus knowing the culture of each organization I am dealing with.

I am enjoying learning something new every day as with every single position I am working on I acquire experience about the roles and duties of the new position through my reading the job description and surfing the internet to know more information about the position.

If you asked me why I am taking some courses in different fields that are totally away from my position, my answer will be that I like to learn anything new even if it wasn't related to my current career as one of my hobbies is to learning or studying anything I am interested in even if it was away from my field of study.
Also, I am interested in drawing, knowing new people from different countries with different cultures, learning new languages, and visiting new places.
