Responsibility is the most important skill for any employee.

I feel proud when I find the issue and solve it, I analyze the data and search for discrepancies which leads me to the root of the issue, I look for more than an option to solve it and then take the decision and go with the best solution.

I am graduated from faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence Cairo University, My Major department was Computer Science and Minor department was Decision Support.

In my current job as a production support analyst, after 6 months when I was hired, I was assigned to one of our biggest partners that have more than 200 clients and I was the first line of support for them. I have worked hard to get to know everything and have enough experience to be able to solve and handle all the client's issues and requirements.

I have discovered a lot of skills I have throughout my career like the following:
- I am a responsible dedicated person to my job.
- I do my best to get my job done as good as possible.
- I am a fast learner who can interact from day one.
- A problem-solver who can find the issues and solve them as soon as you think.

There is still a lot to learn and I enjoy learning new technologies and gain knowledge.
