Quality over quantity
I have acquired and improved some of my skills, most especially in the field of customer service. I have resolved customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. I am good with MS Office Applications and Google Apps, since these are the main tools that we use in my previous job. I am pretty much familiar with working on CRM tools, GSuite Apps, Zendesk, Salesforce and communication apps. .I absolutely love photography and cinematography so that makes me familiar with using Adobe Photo Editing Apps and Final Cut Pro video editor since I am a Mac user. I also have background in managing social media accounts since I also run a travel blog on Facebook in which, sometimes, I organise travel and tours in our city. My last job as a VA is sourcing profitable products for Amazon in various websites manually, thus giving me the knowledge to read and understand Keepa and AMZ Scout.
In my free time, I mostly travel and read books. I also love playing video games in different platforms.
Work Terms
I can work 40 hours a week and my rate minimum is just usually at $5.
