I aim to develop the human resources qualities, mainly through education and art within the spiritual capital as its fundamental values.
I have the expertise to provide training and personal coaching on soft skills subjects for human resources development with more than 10 years of experience in the work field.
I also have a huge passion for art, it brought me into Fine Art painting with watercolour as my main medium. My technique is a combination of hand-drawing, brushes and digital tools. I also applied art as therapy and profiling during my training/coaching sessions.
My added value is the ability to apply a unique profiling method in the training industry as a combination of my experience and knowledge so far in term of social science, education and art, with certified qualification as a member of the Association of Personality Development in Asia (APDA) and I am able to provide services that requires me to perform any skills related to the above topics.
Currently, I am a Independent Trainer, Personal Coach, Lecturer for soft skill studies in Bakrie University, Jakarta and an Online/Social Media Community Manager for Lost n Banned™ as the No. 1 international online community from England using Discord app as its platform.
Work Terms
