  This individual was very professional, prompt with deliverables and communicated very effectively about the different approaches he was trying. He works a lot with corporate clients so was in tune with the quality level I was expecting. He was a pleasure to work with. The project was challenging because GotoMeeting WMV files have some sort of proprietary codec which makes them very difficult to edit and condense back into their original form. If you don't have the right combination of software and knowledge, it doesn't work. I am giving him a 4 on technical as although he did a great job and ultimately delivered a usable product, I have gotten slightly better quality results on similar jobs from other professionals, just due to the challenging nature of the gotomeeting format. But overall I would definitely work with him again.
