Hi,

I have been working in UX Design field since 2010 and always strive to strike to balance between the user needs and the business requirements for any service or product.

I have worked remotely with teams based in India, USA, Russia and other countries, and am experienced in organising efficient communication across teams (internal and client-facing), and have led the design and development of several large-scale products and services.

My main strengths are:

1. Conducting comprehensive user research which results in intuitive design; in fact, my personal approach is: "If a feature requires a tutorial, it should be changed", i.e. all features should be intuitive enough to be used at the first sight.

2. Responsive design - mobile, tablet, desktop; can work with pure UX side of things, and help front-end developers with HTML and CSS, Bootstrap, Foundation, and other responsive frameworks.

3. Providing analytical evidence for all design suggestions, i.e. proving to the team why a particular feature should be changed, what value does the change add to the product, and what the possible alternatives are.

4. I enjoy educating my co-workers about the value of UX and how it affects their work as well as how their input affects my progress.

Work Terms

Working remotely or on-site in London, UK, or remote work for clients based outside London.

The rates are flexible, depending on the project scope, duration, etc.
