B. Prasetya Atmaja, born on January 7, 1998, in Rimbo Bujang, Tebo, Jambi, began his career as an architect in 2017 without formal education. Prasetya has worked in several architecture firms and been involved in various projects. He has designed residential, commercial, and public projects. Currently, Prasetya resides in Klaten, Central Java, where he seeks new inspiration and engages in projects in the area. His approach is to create spaces that are beautiful and functional, considering user needs and sustainability. Prasetya continues to learn and draw inspiration from renowned architects, hoping to contribute to creating innovative designs that serve the community's needs.
Work Terms
1.Scope of Work: The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon before starting the project. This includes project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and other relevant requirements.
2.Communication: Effective communication is crucial. I am available for communication via email, phone, or video conferencing to discuss project progress, updates, and address any questions.
3.Timelines: Clear timelines will be established for each project phase. Adhering to these timelines is important for timely completion. Any changes to the agreed-upon schedule will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
4.Payment Terms: Payment terms will be discussed based on project complexity, duration, and specific requirements. A mutually acceptable payment schedule, including any advance payments and milestone payments, will be determined before the project commences.
5.Revisions and Modifications: Reasonable revisions can be accommodated during the project. Major changes may impact the project timeline and cost. Such changes will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
6.Intellectual Property: Intellectual property rights will be transferred upon full payment. I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared during the project will be treated with utmost confidentiality. I will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without written consent.
8.Termination: Either party has the right to terminate the contract in appropriate and mutually agreed-upon circumstances.
