I have about 17 years of varied industry experience covering BIG 4, Banking and KPO industries. I am a commerce graduate and a semi-qualified Cost Accountant.

As a consultant (freelancer) in the last 1 year I have had the opportunity of working for BPO, IT Product companies. During this process I have been managing mandates ranging from junior level positions to Sr. Leadership positions. I have now started reaching to the Intl. Tax domain where I had spent significant part of my career.

I have technical experience in Intl. Taxation with about 10 yrs in US Tax (1040, 2555, 1116 and 1120, SALT practice (reverse audit support for sales and use tax, State Amended Returns etc.) apart from setting up Australia Corp Tax practice. During decade long career with BIG 4, I have piloted projects and build teams from scratch to the size of 300 FTE including hiring, training and performance Mgt.



Recruitment:
Having built teams across domains we can provide staffing solutions based on service line specific requirements, both in recruitment and training. With prior BIG 4 experience we can help close the Service Line specific mandates, after doing the initial technical screening apart from setting expectations with the candidates’ vis-à-vis BIG 4 requirements.
