Work Terms

Availability

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+1).
Open to urgent tasks outside regular hours by prior agreement.
Communication

Primary Channels: mail, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
Response Time: Within 24 hours for queries and updates.
Payment Terms

Hourly Rate: $40/hour (or a flat rate for specific projects).
Payment Schedule:
50% upfront for project-based tasks.
Remaining 50% upon project completion and approval.
For hourly tasks: Invoiced weekly or bi-weekly based on agreement.
Revisions

Up to 2 rounds of revisions included for project-based tasks. Additional revisions billed at the hourly rate.
Project Scope

Detailed requirements must be provided before starting work.
Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new task and billed accordingly.
Confidentiality

All work remains confidential and will not be shared without prior consent.
Delivery

Timeline and milestones will be agreed upon before starting.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, a refund will be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
