I am Bai Shakeela, 22 years old. I studied in Mindanao State University. I took up BS in Public Administration major in Management. I studied Information Technology also for 1 year and 2 years in BS in Social Work. My 1st job was a community youth leader in our province. I made activities for out-of-school youth to encourage them going back to school and also youth drug victims to voluntarily surrender themselves to send them to rehabilitation centers. My 2nd job was in a BPO company. I was a technical support representative responsible for providing advanced high-speed technical support via inbound phone inquiries, email, and/or instant messaging. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues and communicates with helpdesk to resolve complex issues/problems. Provides technical assistance to insure a positive customer experience. Ensures adherence to the Comcast Quality Experience (CQE). Completes work assignments independently or with minimal supervision/guidance and may act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
