An aspiring scholar of work psychology helping other scholars to gain higher competency in theory and analytical skills.

I worked as a professional banker for eleven years. My observations at work developed interest in understanding micro level phenomena such as why employees find it difficult to learn on the job skills despite having business school education. I joined and successfully completed MS / Mphil in management sciences majoring in human resource management. Then I joined PhD in management sciences and under process of thesis development. While studying, I felt the need for advanced data analysis skills and began learning and practicing concepts such as SEM, Multilevel SEM, Multilevel Mediation, Multilevel Moderation etc. I have delivered training workshops on data analysis in faculty development programs of various universities. I have also assisted PhD scholars in analyzing their data.

Work Terms

My work terms are negotiable in line with the needs of client. I can travel across cities and countries to deliver workshops. However I prefer to provide data analysis services from home. Clients can exchange payment in cash with data collection from their employees at mutually agreed terms.
