I am highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in Business Management and Information Technology.
Currently I am working at The Bank of New York Mellon, in Pittsburgh, PA as a Training Specialist. Mu daily duties include the creation, delivery and optimization of customer training programs.
Prior to BNY MELLON, I worked Mellon I worked as a Learning Specialist for NCR Corporation, based in Budapest, Hungary. Organizing, managing, developing and implementing training strategies for Customer Care Centers are my expertise, including the creation of training materials and delivering courses, both instructor-led and web-based. Process implementation, improvement and development were also part of my responsibilities.
