I am Banamali Dhal.I have 2+ year experience in IT field.During my working period at IT Industry I have faced many miss behave from seniors to junior employee.From that period I have promised to prove miss behave is not necessary in IT industry to solve the problem.So I will try to make this environment and quality of work by skilled,emotion and talented developers. Work Terms

After discuss about project i will calculate projected coding and work,then i will give delivery time to my clients.
Payment System:-30% payment during start of work.50% after completion of 70% work.rest after 100% completion of work

We will give information to client about the status of his/her work in a specific time interval most probably weekly.
