Engineer with Strong Lean Manufacturing Credentials
I'm an integrity driven Engineer with Bachelors Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business and Information Technology Management. I've worked in the industries of defense, aerospace, and chemical processing. I spent ten years with the armed forces and have worked on countless continuous improvement projects. I have implemented many successful lean manufacturing initiatives and educated executive teams on effective techniques for highlighting, sustaining, and improving critical success factors.
I am willing to help companies and individuals avoid the frustrations of the trial and error approach to lean manufacturing by removing the guesswork and misconceptions. I can develop all the necessary infrastructure (5S, SICs/OCAPS, SFM, KPIs, Visual Displays, Queries, Spreadsheets, Kamishibai, Audits, Process Flows, Drawings, Travelers/Routers, ERP Variants, Policies/Guidelines/Standards/Procedures/Forms, ISO compliances, Six Sigma/Quality Management, etc.) for your business to succeed!
