I have tried over 100 cases to verdict and have handled appellate cases at state and federal levels. Litigation and seasoned judgment are main skills.

With over 32 years of experience, I have worked in large firms as well as founded and managed my own mid-sized firm. Since 2001, I have been involved in cases on an ad hoc basis, handling complex class actions with a team of lawyers, toxic tort cases as well as representing individual citizens on constitutional issues against municipalities. I am also a Florida Real Estate Broker and enjoy using that knowledge in real estate litigation maters. I am also an Alabama certified Mediator in the areas of Civil litigation, Divorce, Domestic Abuse and Appellate matters.

In 2010, I ran for Congress in the Florida panhandle, and the University Press of Florida published my book in 2013. "The Reluctant Republican: My Fight for the Moderate Majority." I continue to stay involved in political issues and speak on the need for moderation in politics.

I was a former professional tennis player, a member of the USTPA, and continue to coach and play tennis.
