Hello from California! My name is Barbara, and I'd love to hear about your project! Let's start with a little bit about me. I began freelancing in 2015, but I have been a writer my entire life. I have always had a passion for the written word and the power behind the prose.
I specialize in robust product descriptions that appeal to your customer's fundamental needs. I offer full-service product research. I want to know what your customers need to know before I type a single word. But it doesn't stop there! I also investigate customer reviews (as appropriate) in order to paint a full and vivid picture.

All times are in PST unless otherwise mentioned. Please note that, due to the nature of freelance work, my available times do not necessarily mean that I will be logged into Guru at the time - I do have work to do, after all! ;) For first priority in scheduling decisions, please make all requests by Saturday of the previous week - any work not scheduled by Saturday evening may be postponed until the following week if my schedule has already filled. From time to time, I may offer certain discounted rates under certain circumstances. Here are a few reasons I may be willing to drop my rates:
- I have an empty schedule.
- Your project is one that truly interests me.
- You are a non-profit whose vision I agree with/admire.
- You are willing to pay in advance.
- You will be giving me creative freedom.
- You do not need weekly check-ins.
- Your project has a flexible deadline.
