I've been in the BPO industry for 13 years.

I started as a account representative in a call center and worked my way up to where I am right now.

I've handled various accounts for different companies ranging from customer service, telesales, account managing, virtual assistance, financial assistant, collections, lead generation and as a social media manager.

The companies I've worked with are Branders, Amex, Franklin Debt Relief just to name a few.

I am confident that with my set skills and experience, I can handle any task that is given to me by my employer.
