My name is Shaw and I am a UK Qualified Barrister/Lawyer. I was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and since then I have been practicing as a lawyer in the corporate discipline.
I have vast experience with drafting all kinds of civil contracts/agreements, legal advice, etc. I have handled clients mainly from the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Korea, and South Africa, pertaining to the abovementioned subject. Hence, over the years I have developed natural flexibility in working on legal matters outside my jurisdiction and understand the dynamics of it.
I personally believe that a vast set of good legal skills are universal to all jurisdictions and countries around the world and is a key to success. I have mastered these skills over the years and am looking forward to serving you.

Work Terms
Due to Covid restrictions, I am mainly working from home and hence flexible with my schedule, therefore I can most probably revolve around your time frame.
With regards to communications, I prefer written over oral as its comprehensive, detailed, and conclusive. However, I am open to oral communication too, given that the subject area is vast and needs a detailed discussion.
