Construction Project Manager and Estimator w 30 yrs experience.

I'm a construction project management professional with over 30 years of experience in the New York City market, working for General Contractors, Construction Managers and Owners. I’ve been freelancing for over 20 years.

I have experience in project management, scheduling, estimating and purchasing on all types of building construction, from out of the ground to renovation to fit out. I have a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from a top school.

Work Terms

I can work hourly or on a lump sum basis. My hours are very flexible and happy to accommodate my client's schedule, working remotely.
