Have worked with companies such as GE, Scholastic, EY & KPMG in customer service, pre-sales/sales support, CRM and knowledge management. I've used Salesforce and Sharepoint extensively and would be comfortable using almost all popular CRM applications.

My rate for ongoing work is $4 per hour and I'm available between 11 AM - 7 PM EST.
