Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

I am available to work every day of the week, from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Bangladesh Standard Time). I am flexible with my schedule and can adjust to meet your project needs and deadlines.

Payment Terms:

Payments can be made via Guru's SafePay, or bank transfer, as per your convenience.

For larger projects, I follow a milestone-based payment system: 30% upfront to start, 30% upon delivering the initial draft, and 40% upon final delivery.
For smaller projects, I prefer full payment upon completion.
My rates are competitive, and pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the project.

Preferred Communication:

- I prefer communication through Guru’s messaging system for clarity and tracking.
- For urgent matters, I am available through direct messaging or other agreed methods of communication.
-You can communicate in either Bengali or English And Hindi as I am fluent in this languages.
-I respond to messages promptly, typically within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.

Revisions and Deadlines:

I offer up to 2-3 rounds of revisions, depending on the project. Additional revisions can be discussed for an additional fee.
I value deadlines and will always keep you informed of the progress. Any delays, if they arise, will be communicated promptly.
