Let me share a brief background of what I’ve done in my previous jobs. At MUMS Asia/Mommy Lo Online Shoppe, I worked as a CSR there. We answered customer queries via email and chats. We also done data entry which includes filing of details for the products we sell, putting descriptions on it, product pricing compare and such. During my 16 months stay with the same boss, he assigned me to work as the first CSR on iPaymy which is an online platform that is available for people in Singapore. They can use it to pay rent, salaries, invoices etc.
After that, I worked as a CSR still at Alorica which is a BPO company. I’ve handled a telco account in my 13 months stay there.

Work Terms

I can work full time, that is 40 hours per week. I also do accept part time jobs.
I do have a verified Paypal account.
