Thriving Oak Consulting grew out of a confluence of my training, skills and experience. As I was finding more and more opportunities for business and leadership coaching, consulting, training and facilitation, I decided to take the plunge and open a business. Thriving Oak Consulting partners with businesses and non-profits to provide quality organizational development that leads to improved organizational learning, communication and performance. I'll take the time to get to know your needs, listening first. If I believe my services can be of strategic use to you, I'll offer a proposal. If not, I'll be honest with you that I don't think I'm the right fit.

Work Terms

1. I check for gigs a few times each week and am usually not available on short notice.
2. I require signed work contracts for all services rendered.
3. For longer or more time intensive gigs, I may require partial payment before services are completed.
4. For potential coaching and consulting clients, I provide a 30 minute complimentary discovery session.
5. Service references are available upon request.
6. My typical minimum fee is $50/hr. Some services may be quoted at a lower or higher rate.
