I've been a call center agent for more than 8 years and been with different accounts or line of business. I have handled medical insurance, telecommunication companies, technical support also i have handled financial accounts and sales. I have learned a lot in the BPO industry specially my multitasking skills and organizational skills. I have also worked as a customer care online where we do all the data entry, sending emails and provisioning. These experiences molded me to become more confident and I am happy with it.
