To that end, in my day job I excel at using my ability to quickly establish rapport to seek to fully understand my clients and students and uncover what they are truly passionate about doing. Most people just need a safe place to speak their dreams and some support to figure out how to make those dreams come true. Others need help reviving or excavating long-forgotten dreams buried beneath the weight of current responsibilities and societal expectations. I am an engaging, effective, and creative, education specialist and career development professional with years of experience in corporate training, higher education, instructional design and development, career advising, interest and aptitude assessment and project management.
Using data-driven assessment results I design and develop instructional content and multi-modality learning solutions for a variety of platforms and delivery systems including learning management systems and classroom delivery. I provide effective project management, data tracking, reporting and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders. Additionally, I develop, implement and assess new protocols, strategies and initiatives to enhance and increase knowledge retention and on-the-job application of knowledge. Further, I excel at providing comprehensive, targeted, empathetic and effective career counseling, personality type assessment and targeted employment acquisition preparation including resume compilation and editing and cover letter review.
Work Terms
My hours of operation are: Mon-Wed, Fri from 6:00 pm-10:30 pm. Sundays from 7:00-10:00 pm {US- EST}. My rate ranges from $35-$75/hour depending on the scope of the project. Long range and more complex projects may be billed at a higher rate depending upon the scope of the project. Such rates will be negotiated with the client. My preferred method of communication is email, cell phone, Go-to-Meeting, or Skype.
