I have 22yrs experience in the construction field. My experiences range from all aspects of residential remodeling & new construction. I draw my projects on Chief Architect X9 and can produce lay-outs, sketches, full color 3-D, renders, and full sets of drawings. I can provide all your blueprint needs for obtaining your remolding permits. I focus on residential remodeling in the areas of Additions, Garages, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Removing Interior Walls, Complete house remodels, and Deck Building. I have hands on experience in remodeling, new construction, project manager of 1 million plus jobs, estimating, bids, and a proven track record of 1 million plus a year in construction sales for the last five years. My experience plays a huge roll in my designs. Its important to produce not only a layout that the client loves, but one that is effective and will actually work when it comes time to build. I know the importance of needed wall space for furniture, light placements, door swings, kitchen designs that work, and most of all listening to my clients needs and wants

Work Terms

This is a full time job for me. 35.00 an hour or flat rate for projects.
