Freelance Writer, Illustrator and Humorist (often, at the same time)

Taught Outdoor Education for 12-years, worked with the National Park Service as an Intrepretive Park Ranger, Directed 2-camps and started/sold a business. These experiences gave me the opportunity to enhance leadership qualities, creativity and writing skills, to develop marketing strategies for products and services, and to develop my hobby/talent as an digitial illustrator. Now, as a retired freelancer, I utilize these qualifications to write a weekly comic strip and to assist clients in their creative efforts.

I am proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and a variety of standard design programs. Also proficient in Word, Scrivener and Filemaker. Use a Mac exclusively. I am super organized and prompt.

Work Terms

I will usually provide a project quote, rather than an hourly labor rate. Perfer chatting on the phone to assure good communication and met expectations. I've "just now" signed up for this service, so I am new on this block.
