I am a seasoned, highly skilled professional with extensive experience managing design projects with tight deadlines.

Being a freelance creative designer for over 15 years, I’m capable of developing artistic and engineering designs ranging from logos, flyers, to 3d models and engineering drawings.

I use AutoCAD and SolidWorks CAD software to create working drawings and 3D models for my product design and prototype projects. In addition, I provide 3D models in formats suitable for 3D printing and injection molding as part of my services. Such files include but not limited to: fbx, step, obj, 3dsmax, SLDRPT, STL, IGES, CREO FILES, PDF, AI, PSD.

I utilize Revit Architecture software for architectural drafting services, and the drawings will comprise site plans, floor plans/furniture layouts, ceiling plans, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, roof plans, sections, and structural drawings (no engineering stamps).

Work Terms

Payment terms: 50% down payment required before work begins, balance due upon showing proof of completed work.

Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
