Software Development Engineer
I graduated summa cum laude in Computer Science. Since then, I've been working as a software development engineer for several years now.
During my master studies I was involved in research work, where I became the author and co-author of numerous publications appearing in journals and international conferences. My research area included computer vision and point cloud processing.
Due to my involvement in the above mentioned projects, and my interest in computer graphics, I gained an extensive knowledge in native C++ development and in APIs like OpenGL, DirectX or Vulkan. As my projects were dealing with huge amounts of data and real-time processing was a high priority, I learned and used general GPU programming APIs, such as OpenCL and CUDA.
In my professional career I have been mostly working with C++ and OpenGL, but I have done some C# and JavaScript works as well
My interests are computer graphics, general programming of GPUs and functional programming. I am a huge supporter of open source software and standards.
