My transcribing service operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are also available on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to accommodate urgent requests. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Payment Terms:
Payments for our services are due upon receipt of the completed transcription. I accept PayPal, and bank transfers.
